A sunshiny, flower-filled, refreshing afternoon walk with my baby bunny.

After getting over my BLEH feeling yesterday morning I decided to get Bekah in her stroller and head out for a walk and some much needed fresh air and sunshine.
[I made sure to put a load of laundry in the washing machine before heading out, which gave us about 30 minutes to enjoy the day.]
I took this picture of my favorite baby girl in the world. . .
and sent it to my big brother (David) in New Jersey.
He immediately responded with, "She definitely looks like you there!"
That made me smile.
I don't hear that very often, but I would agree, in this picture she looks a lot more like me when I was a wee one.
[Don't you dare be a dream crusher and tell me she doesn't!] =)

During our walk, we stopped to admire some pretty flowers paired with a picket fence.
{sigh}
This photo makes me want my own little vintage country rustic garden.
This little scene also reminded me of this photo of my handsome love.

And upon our return we found out the dryer wasn't working.
... Yup, we definitely need our own little garden with a clothesline and old fashioned wood clothespins ...
Until then our clothes will be hanging on every hangable spot in our home.

The best part about the dryer not working was the fact that I didn't let it get to me.
It was a minor detail that didn't matter.
I ended up having a great day because God changed my perspective and helped me appreciate the small joys of life.
The small joys really are the best joys, aren't they?

Much love to you all!
Enjoy the rest of your day!
